The hunters in Iran’s wetlands

  1. Society
January 28, 2024 - 15:31

There are many birds such as herons, egrets, gulls, and swallows living in wetlands across Iran which catch fish, shrimp, or other aquatic animals.

Hosting over 600 species of birds, Iran is a climatically rich country. A wide range of wetlands is the reason behind migratory birds choosing Iran as an annual wintering habitat.
